About this role

">

As a member of a team of health planning professionals within the Strategic Capital Planning and Asset Management Branch, you will gain exposure to the process NSW Health undertakes to determine how capital projects are planned, prioritised, determined, constructed and commissioned.

">

You will have the opportunity to participate in projects and activities, research and provide advice in relation to strategic capital planning matters for NSW Health, public health organisations, and related government agencies to support the achievement of NSW Health's objectives.

">

We are looking for an individual willing to develop and support the implementation of best practice strategic planning, capital planning, policies, programs, projects, and activities. Previous experience in health service planning, health policy, and or government experience would be considered advantageous for this role.

Key responsibilities

- You will assist with a wide range of projects/tasks which require excellent written and organisational skills.

- This is a great opportunity to get a good understanding of how the NSW Health system operates in the context of dealing with Central Agencies, other health agencies, and Local Health Districts/Specialty Health Networks.
