Experienced Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to undertake end-to-end accounts payable functions on a 6-month contract.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and ensuring accurate entry of purchase orders into the ERP system (TechnologyOne).
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and assisting the finance team with any ad-hoc tasks as required.
- At least 1 year experience within an end-to-end accounts payable role or similar
- Previous experience with TechnologyOne ERP would be advantageous
- Great time management and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Background within the government or education sector is highly regarded
About the Role
This role involves coordinating the entire accounts payable process, from receiving invoices to processing payments. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
