Water Treatment Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Treatment Design Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of innovative and efficient water treatment solutions.

The role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality design outputs, while managing scope change and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Project Technical Team to develop and deliver the most appropriate design solution;
  • Coordinating with other program Leads to estimate project design budgets and develop a design delivery schedule;
  • Identifying and mentoring technical staff;
  • Contributing to proposal and bid development activities;

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering field;
  • Chartered Engineer or working towards;
  • 8+ years' experience in an engineering consultancy;
  • Leadership abilities including managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams;
  • Knowledge of water and wastewater assets and the delivery environment;
