About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties on behalf of a national retailer.
This role will require you to prepare, maintain, and report on annual budgets, manage expenditure against budgets, including outgoing reconciliations and forecasting, and collaborate with the Finance Team on monthly P&L reporting.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, managing tenant onboarding and lease database accuracy, conducting rent reviews, and managing lease expirations.
Additionally, you will provide guidance and leadership to the Lease Administrator and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in property management, retail, or tenant side, which is highly advantageous
- Strong lease and finance management skills
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively
- Ability to work as part of a small team and contribute to its success
What We Offer
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
