Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead and inspire a team to create a stylish and welcoming shopping experience for customers. This role requires full-time availability, including weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays.

As a leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining sales targets while providing personalized styling and service
  • Developing the team, managing stock levels, and updating visual displays
  • Efficiently rostering staff to ensure the store runs smoothly and achieves results based on productivity
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment for both team members and customers

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • Proven fashion retail management experience with a track record of driving sales and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Expertise in managing stock levels and minimizing stock loss
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and succession planning
  • Ability to manage rosters within budgeted hours
  • Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service and styling advice
