Job Title: Retail Concession Manager

 

At our company, we are seeking a talented and experienced Retail Concession Manager to lead our concession team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is perfect for those who have a passion for fashion and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.

 

About the Role:

  • Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
  • Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration.
  • Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad.
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
  • Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
  • A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs.
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
