As a Student Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to students, ensuring their academic journey is smooth and successful. Your key responsibilities will include responding to student inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, assisting with various administrative tasks, and serving as a liaison between students and faculty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to student inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist students with registration, course enrollment, and record maintenance
  • Serve as a liaison between students and faculty, facilitating effective communication and resolving issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and databases
  • Provide information and resources to students regarding academic policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments and staff members to ensure seamless student support operations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with students and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Knowledge of academic policies and procedures (preferred)
  • Familiarity with student support services and resources (preferred)
