Job Title

A career as a Technical Account Manager offers the opportunity to bridge the gap between merchants, delivery carriers, and internal teams. This role goes beyond traditional transport roles by focusing on solving commercial and operational challenges using data, technology, and smart processes.

About the Role
  • This position involves working directly with eCommerce merchants and carriers to optimize delivery performance, troubleshoot issues, and design scalable solutions.
  • The successful candidate will own relationships but bring a technical edge to the table, running analyses in Excel, building reports, and ensuring carriers and merchants succeed.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage delivery performance, escalations, and ongoing improvements for merchants and carriers.
  2. Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and hold carriers accountable while keeping merchants informed.
  3. Analyze delivery performance, cost trends, and margins using Excel/Google Sheets, providing insights that drive smarter decisions.
  4. Support new carrier integrations, pricing updates, and service enhancements by working closely with product, tech & operations teams.
  5. Deliver regular performance reports and recommendations to merchants and internal teams.
  6. Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, working across carriers, merchants, and internal teams.
  7. Support the Chief Growth Officer with pricing projects, commercial negotiations, and identifying new growth opportunities.
  8. Roll out plans for new carrier services and international delivery offerings.
  9. Collaborate with leadership, operations, tech, and growth to push delivery services forward.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience in account management for eCommerce operations, logistics or SaaS is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets are necessary.
  • Candidates must be energized by problem-solving and creating order out of complexity.
  • Comfortable working with both merchants and carriers, balancing commercial and technical needs.
  • Commercially savvy and technically sharp individuals are required.
  • Curious, analytical, and driven to make improvements.
