We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Secretary to join our Renal Services team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to manage workflow, diary commitments, and provide administration support to staff specialists. Key responsibilities include:
- Effective staff management and leadership skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to compose quality correspondence, documents, and reports.
- Demonstrated experience in a clinic setting, including outpatient services, appointment scheduling, and billing practices.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for setting up and implementing processes for overall coordination of administration services within the Renal Services.
