A key role within our global engineering operations team is seeking an individual with proven leadership skills to help develop a newly established Data Centre Operations Centre. The centre will be responsible for 24X7 monitoring of the data centre's physical infrastructure and serve as a facilitator for large scale events and critical site events.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor data centre facilities infrastructure platform
- Serve as point of contact for internal and external teams
- Assist in developing communication and escalation protocols to enhance team performance
- Contribute to outage post mortem analysis
- Ensure timely record updates
- Assist in coordinating and communicating during emergency recovery efforts
- Develop tools to improve team performance
