Role Overview

The Performance Associate Manager plays a key role in the team, providing implementation and campaign management for key clients. You'll be responsible for supervising elements of team workload to ensure client demands are met. A guru in biddable operations, you'll drive effectiveness and efficiency gains across the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive business results
  • Establish strong relationships with media, data, and technology partners to deliver high-quality services
  • Foster deep trust and understanding with agency client teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Contribute to great teamwork in your immediate team, providing guidance and support as needed

What You'll Spend Your Time Doing

  • People - 20% of your time: oversee workflow, hold performance evaluations, and provide guidance to junior team members
  • Product - 40% of your time: lead in delivering end-to-end biddable campaigns, identify innovation opportunities, and guide advanced biddable capabilities
  • Client - 20% of your time: lead initiatives to improve agency and client capabilities, cultivate strong client relationships, and develop media planning principles
  • Commercial - 20% of your time: ensure financial and compliance processes are followed, maintain a strong perspective of in-scope services, and provide hands-on leadership to junior staff
