The Opportunity

This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and compassionate nursing professional to join our dedicated team and contribute to delivering high-quality care.

Our continuity of carer model allows you to build strong relationships with residents through being their familiar face.

We provide specialised dementia care and support for those living with dementia, focusing on meeting the needs of residents with a close, personal approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive care that enhances the daily life of each resident
  • Manage care plans to support residents' holistic needs
  • Deliver respectful and tailored support that empowers residents' choices and independence
  • Ensure safe medication administration and accurately document medication plans, interventions, and progress notes
Requirements
  • A true passion for caring for others to deliver personalised care that supports residents and meets their needs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
  • Current registration as a Nurse with the relevant authority
  • Experience providing nursing services in aged care settings or similar environments
  • An appreciation for the importance of accurate reporting and documentation management
  • Ability to lead, supervise, and delegate tasks effectively
