Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Healthcare Professional to join our team in Busselton and Dunsborough.

This role requires someone with a strong sense of initiative and passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. The successful candidate will have flexibility to work across all shifts, including AM, PM, NS, weekends, and public holidays.

Main responsibilities include maintaining clinical standards, providing person-centred care, and ensuring residents experience the best possible services.

  • Day-to-day operational management of aged care facilities
  • Rotation between residential aged care, respite, and wellness services
  • Conduct assessments, care planning, and documentation
  • Coach and support junior staff and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality initiatives
Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • A minimum of 5 years' clinical experience, including at least 2 years in Aged Care
  • Flexibility and availability to work across a roster, including AM, PM, NS, weekends, and public holidays
  • Confidence in working independently and integrating into new teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using electronic care systems
