Project Manager - Water Infrastructure

Are you a seasoned professional with experience in leading high-profile water infrastructure projects? We are seeking a Project Manager to join our national water business.

This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the delivery of transformative water infrastructure projects that will make a lasting impact on our communities. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multi-discipline teams and ensuring the timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery of design outputs.

  • Develop and implement project plans, manage resources, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Lead collaborative efforts to deliver designs on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality, while achieving excellent client satisfaction levels.
  • Manage project governance processes, including design reviews, change management, request for information, validation and verification, etc.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Professional Engineer with a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and strong knowledge of the Australian water industry, including its standards, best practices, and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the development of detailed project scopes, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Facilitating open communication among project team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Managing and resolving conflicts, issues, and risks effectively.
