Broadcast Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Broadcast Compliance Specialist to join our Content Compliance and Policy Team.

This exciting role will involve reviewing and shaping content for all of our Entertainment, Factual and Sports channels across multiple platforms.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for all Sky platforms and content categories.
  • Develop an understanding of industry standard desktop editing software and file management systems.
  • Produce edit instructions and programme metadata for all of our systems.

You will have the opportunity to train on our systems and develop your skills in this challenging role.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in editorial compliance or a comparable discipline within a commercial broadcast environment.
  • A solid understanding of Avid / equivalent editing software and file management systems.
  • Knowledge of the programme making process and the wider broadcasting environment.
  • The ability to influence staff at all levels.
