Analytics and Planning Coordinator Opportunity

Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a leading global manufacturer of hydraulic components to fill an exciting role for an Analytics and Planning Coordinator in Australia.

This position is crucial in supporting the company's commitment to delivering top-tier hydraulic solutions with precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and optimize the flow of goods.
  • Streamline order processes to ensure timely deliveries and efficient resource management.
  • Collect, maintain, and manage large datasets, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and analyze reports on operational performance, market trends, and business forecasts.
  • Track and interpret market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to provide strategic insights.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Align planning efforts with business goals through close collaboration with supply chain, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and implement data-driven solutions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years in a similar role with proven experience in supply chain planning, expediting, and data management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data analytics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is desirable but not essential.
