Home Care Support Specialist

This role involves providing support to clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. As a Home Care Worker, you will work closely with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Certificate III in Home or Aged Care or Certificate IV in Disability Support">
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance">
- First Aid Certificate that includes CPR">
- Driver Licence">
