Home Care Support Specialist

The role of a Home Care Worker is to provide care and support services to older individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and wellbeing. To be successful in this position, you will need to have strong communication skills and be able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general housekeeping and personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and cleaning tasks
- Support clients with mobility issues, such as walking or using assistive devices
- At least 3 months experience in a similar professional role
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence and insured, roadworthy vehicle
- Experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications
- Guaranteed hours and shifts in Canberra South area
- Award rate $32.74 per hour + Super + Paid KM's
