Leading Client Delivery Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client delivery and support services teams.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in enterprise software implementations, business management, IT, systems integration consulting, and design.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective processes and governance across all areas of Client Service. They will drive consistency of service within commercial boundaries, whilst achieving target revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of Consultants, Service Delivery and Support professionals
  2. Build a high performing culture that delivers quality service outcomes to clients
  3. Create and maintain the service strategy and drive ongoing service optimisation
  4. Identify and execute opportunities to improve the efficiency and quality of helpdesk and support process
  5. Act as escalation point to resolve complex issues in a timely manner and implement prevention strategies
  6. Manage contract operations and financial performance whilst ensuring services are delivered within SLA's
  7. Coordinate resourcing, tracking and managing activities and deliverables to achieve outcomes
  8. Maintain strong client relationships, improve client satisfaction and align the service strategy to clients needs
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role leading client delivery and support services teams
  • Experience in enterprise software implementations, business management, IT, systems integration consulting, and design
  • Experience monitoring and analysing operational performance metrics
  • Financial literacy with proven ability to manage costs to meet profitability targets
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritise work whilst considering the impacts and needs of clients
  • Strong understanding of client support processes, tools, and metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, lead, inspire, and develop high performing teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels
