Data & Analytics Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our Data & Analytics practice. You will be responsible for developing and delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive business outcomes for our clients.

Your expertise will help us unlock new opportunities and drive growth through data-driven insights. If you have a passion for data, a talent for innovation, and a desire to make a meaningful impact, this could be the perfect role for you.

We are looking for someone who is experienced in data engineering, data visualization, and data science. Your technical skills should include proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP with a focus on data and analytics. Experience with people management and engagement delivery in a business services industry is also highly valued.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is strong in marketing, customer analytics / logical thinking skills, and clarity of thought. Experience with disruptive technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Matillion, DBT, Tableau CRM, Fivetran, Amperity, Segment, etc., is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with executives and stakeholders at all levels.

Bonus Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data visualization, and/or data science.
