Excellent Customer Service Representative Needed

We are a renowned Australian retail brand with a long history of delivering quality products at prices the whole family will love for longer.

Our company has held a special place in the hearts and minds of Australian families for almost 100 years. We're looking for enthusiastic team members to join us during our busy peak season.

These casual positions start in late September and run through mid February. As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll help create a positive shopping experience for our customers and support the overall team in achieving our store goals.

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our customers
  • Follow safety guidelines and directions to protect our teams and our customers
  • Maintain presentation standards and support stock availability
  • Support in monitoring pricing and ticketing
  • Treat each other with courtesy and respect

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences every time

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets

• Maintain high levels of product knowledge and advice customers accordingly

• Ensure that store merchandise is presented effectively and efficiently

• Participate in visual merchandising and planogram implementation

• Follow all safety and security procedures at all times

• Perform opening and closing duties as required

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience an advantage

• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
