A seasoned professional is sought after to fill a Marketing Coordinator role.

Marketing Coordinator (jnr to mid level) will support our principal Marketing Manager in executing day-to-day marketing tasks across print, digital and social channels. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to produce high volumes of accurate work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update website content & online calendar listings
  • Assist with day-to-day marketing activities and scheduling
  • Regular collaboration with the Marketing Manager
  • Support the backend upload and website integration of online lectures
  • Liaise with external suppliers
  • Collaborate to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing assets
  • Assist with logistics & support of live events & lectures, in-person & online
  • Work across Apple Mac systems

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted Australian work rights
  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • A friendly & professional demeanour

This is a hands-on role suited to someone early in their marketing career, who thrives on structure, efficiency, and producing high volumes of accurate work.
