We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Service Workers.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver home care services to clients in the disability sector with a focus on providing exceptional support and assistance.
- Follow job instructions from the rostering app to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Perform household tasks, including cleaning and maintaining client homes to the highest standard.
- Be available Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm) with shifts scheduled at least one month ahead to ensure consistency and flexibility.
- Cleaning experience in various settings, including domestic and commercial environments is essential for this role.
- Support work experience, particularly in home care services is also required.
- A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is mandatory for this position.
- A NDS Worker's Screening and Double Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate are also necessary.
- Physical fitness to perform duties of a domestic cleaner and support worker is crucial.
- Reliable transport and a valid Driver's License are required for this role.
- Effective communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients.
- Consistency, punctuality, and attention to detail are key qualities for this position.
- A Police Check and Basic computer skills are also necessary.
- Recurring jobs daily, weekly or fortnightly provide stability and security.
- Weekly wages paid through a user-friendly app make managing finances easy.
- Domestic cleaning and Roster App training provided ensure employees have the skills they need to succeed.
