A dedicated professional is required to provide personal care, social services and domestic assistance to clients in their own homes.
Job Requirements:- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming
- Help with social activities such as organizing outings and transportation
- Provide domestic assistance including cooking, pet care, cleaning and gardening
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Individual Support, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be kind, patient and respectful of your clients' dignity and privacy.
Key Responsibilities:- Review care plans to understand clients' goals and needs
- Use an app to track important information and identify potential hazards
- Drive safely and responsibly, using a reliable registered vehicle
