In-Home Care Professionals Wanted

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our care team as Support Workers. This role involves providing high-quality in-home care to individuals with complex and post-operative needs, dementia, cognitive decline, and elderly/senior clients.
Our ideal candidate will be willing to travel or reside in the following locations:
- Caloundra to Maroochydore
- Nambour to Maleny
- Noosa, Tewantin to Cooroy
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience as a support worker
- Exposure to working within in-home care, community or an aged care facility
- Experience in supporting individuals with complex needs
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Dedication to providing quality care that creates a genuine impact
- Understanding of the Age Care standards and legislative frameworks
- Availability Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, including weekends
- Flexibility to travel up to 1 hour to clients
Mandatory requirements include:
- Working rights within Australia
- Australian criminal history/police check
- Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent
- Blue Card (WWCC) for paid employment
- Current First Aid & CPR qualification
- Valid driver's licence + comprehensive insured vehicle
This is a casual opportunity with potential for part-time hours in the coming months. Competitive rates and a supportive work environment are on offer.
