">Are you seeking a role that offers challenging work and career growth? As a Rostering Support Officer, you will play a key part in workforce coordination for nursing and midwifery teams.
">This position involves working closely with Nurse Unit Managers to identify and address staffing deficits. You will oversee and coordinate rostering for NUMs, including allocation in Health Roster. Your main contact will be for casual and permanent pool staffing, leading recruitment processes for the casual workforce. You will also update rosters accurately and allocate shifts under correct cost centers.
