Advanced Allied Health Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced allied health professional to provide expert clinical leadership and strategic intervention to address complex discharge requirements and pathways.

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, monitor, and creatively respond to barriers to discharge. They will take a lead role in conducting research to understand contributors to unnecessary extended length of stay in acute facilities and evaluate strategies implemented to address these factors.
