Job Overview

This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead a team in the Late Life & Decommissioning function at Xodus, providing consultancy services to the offshore and onshore Energy Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic direction and technical leadership for the team, ensuring successful award and commercial delivery of late-life and decommissioning projects across the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Xodus Group KPI's by providing strategic direction and technical leadership for the team, being a key contributing member of the APAC leadership team, and ownership of the Decommissioning team P&L.
  • Fully accountable for identifying, winning, and executing Late Life & Decommissioning projects in APAC.
  • Key contributing member of the APAC leadership team through collaborative working, integration across disciplines and hubs.
  • Support the business development plans for the Late Life Decommissioning team and region including identifying business opportunities, leading, and supporting proposal tendering, and promoting excellent client relationships.
  • Manage the recruitment, allocation, performance, and development of personnel in your team in line with current and future capability needs and building a diverse and inclusive team.
