Café Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced café professional to lead our team and drive business success. As a Café Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring quality control on all food and drink products, and implementing marketing campaigns.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the team to maintain a fun and fast-paced environment, serving handmade cakes, delicious food, and superior coffee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain exceptionally high standards of customer service and ensure every guest has a positive experience.
  • Ensure quality control is maintained on all food and drink products, meeting our high standards.
  • Implement and maintain effective marketing campaigns, displays, and sales techniques to drive business growth.
  • Manage cash handling, including reconciliations and banking, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain effective stock control, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate the team, providing ongoing training and development to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor Workplace Health and Safety standards and adhere to company policies, maintaining a safe working environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A 'can-do' attitude that strives to exceed customer expectations and drive business results.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a senior café role, with a proven track record of leadership and team motivation.
  • Strong Barista skills and all-rounder abilities, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Demonstrable leadership and team motivation skills, with a focus on building a high-performing team.
