We're looking for a passionate and experienced Cafe Coordinator to lead our café operations, guide and mentor student baristas, and help shape a welcoming, inclusive space in the heart of our Noosa community.

We're on the lookout for someone who will take the lead on day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional service every step of the way:

  • Oversee smooth daily café operations
  • Deliver warm, friendly service that keeps our customers coming back
  • Ensure food and beverage quality through continuous feedback and improvement
  • Mentor and train student baristas, helping them grow their skills and confidence
  • Supervise casual staff and foster a collaborative team environment
  • Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and care
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Proven experience as a barista and team leader
  • Experience in training or mentoring others in a café or hospitality setting
  • Sound knowledge of food safety standards and compliance (Safe Food Handling)
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and community impact
  • Ability to coordinate a small team with strong leadership and communication skills
