Job Title: Café Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to lead our team at a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced café culture.

The Opportunity:

Fresh+ operates hospital cafés across multiple locations, providing food, beverages, and convenience retail to hospital staff and the general public. We are now looking for a seasoned manager to manage our site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of baristas, chefs, and service staff
  • Set store standards and objectives
  • Establish relationships with customers and the community
  • Develop sales pipelines to grow sales through internal and external catering opportunities
  • Manage team performance and morale
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, health and safety compliance, and revenue growth
  • Analyse site reports and create action plans to improve results
  • Work with the Kitchen supervisor to provide high-quality food and beverages

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in customer-facing multi-site management
  • Awareness of busy multi-food outlet operations with a focus on sales and service
  • Barista and kitchen operations experience (trade qualifications desirable)
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to work autonomously
  • Hold a current food safety supervisors certificate and computer literacy in Microsoft Office
