Cafe Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and professional cafe manager to lead our team across three exciting new outlets.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee food and beverage operations across all venues, implement and refine processes in line with company policy, recruit, train, and manage kitchen, barista, and customer service staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, from catering and food production to service, quality, and stock control
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with hospital management, staff, patients, and visitors
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in multi-site hospitality management
  • A passion for fresh food and specialty coffee
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, delegate, and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A hands-on approach with attention to detail
