Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce architect to design and implement scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design the Salesforce solution to manage customer data effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into Salesforce capabilities.
  • Oversee the implementation of workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting within Salesforce.
  • Provide guidance on platform governance and best practices.
  • Work with the development team and business analysts to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Lightning, Flow, and APIs.
  • Strong experience in integration with external systems.
  • Proven track record of leading complex Salesforce solutions in financial services or enterprise environments.
  • Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
