Business Development Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our organization. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting individuals with disability, injury or health conditions to access meaningful employment and build lasting careers.

About the Role
  • Create career opportunities by matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
  • Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition.
  • Engage with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities
  • Promote our organization as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
  • Champion our organization's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.
