Senior Healthcare Professional - Aged Care

We are seeking an experienced and skilled healthcare professional to join our supportive team in providing high-quality care to elderly residents.


Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver exceptional clinical care, ensuring respect and dignity for all residents at all times.
  • Direct and manage the activities of enrolled nurses and personal care workers in day-to-day operations.
  • Support the residential manager/care manager in achieving facility management objectives, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records for residents, adhering to legislative requirements and organisational policies.
  • Comply with Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation and policy, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff members.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Registered Nurse (Division 1) registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • A minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong focus on patient-centered care and effective communication.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A passion for working with the elderly, coupled with a commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 and annual influenza vaccination status.
