Senior Clinician Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Clinician to provide direct clinical services to children and families with complex needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level clinical services to children and families with complex needs.
- Mentor and train staff and students to enhance the workforce's skills and confidence.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice to ensure culturally appropriate care.
- Foster interdisciplinary teamwork and build strategic partnerships across sectors.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work or Psychology.
- Extensive clinical expertise in psychosocial assessment and therapeutic intervention.
- Demonstrated success in clinical supervision and mentoring staff and students.
- Deep knowledge of child development, trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and social determinants of health.
