Clinical Training and Adoption Specialist

Talent International is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Training and Adoption Specialist to join our client, a leading healthcare provider. This role is based in Brisbane CBD and is a contract position until June 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality training collateral to enhance the skills of clinical and administrative staff in the use of electronic medical records systems.
- Coordinate and execute training delivery for the implementation of new ICT systems and the upgrade of existing systems.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training facilitator guides, quick reference guides, training videos, and other relevant documentation.
- Design and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of existing and new ICT systems.
- Assist with benefits realization planning.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, FAQs, and procedure manuals.
Requirements:
- High level of experience in developing and delivering training and adoption within a clinical environment, specifically in electronic medical records systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, consultation, oral, and written communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders and improve training and adoption service quality.
- Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and embedding multimodal learning collateral, preferably with Camtasia experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer focus.
Desirable:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
