About the Role

As a Risk Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences within our global network. Your ultimate success metric will be membership renewal and retention.

To achieve this, you will collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to develop innovative solutions that meet member priorities. You will work closely with senior risk leaders to understand their needs and provide tailored support.

You will also be responsible for building and growing a network of risk manager contacts to identify best practices and new innovations. This will involve frequent communication and relationship-building with members and external stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced risk analyst, senior analyst, risk training and capability manager, or consulting researcher who is passionate about risk management and has strong communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage members and deliver value from their membership
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver innovative solutions that address member priorities
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior risk leaders and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify and gather relevant information to analyze trends and insights
  • Communicate complex information effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of risk management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
  • The ability to analyze complex information and identify trends and insights
  • Project management skills, including setting goals, developing plans, and tracking progress
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to collaborative problem-solving
