About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Guest Services Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests arriving and departing the hotel, handling their requests, inquiries, and complaints efficiently and effectively.

The key responsibilities of this role include assisting guests with check-in and departure processes, taking reservations, updating online rates and inventory, and providing information on all facilities provided within the hotel.

This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A background in using computer and motel management systems would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within a hotel/motel environment and possess excellent grooming and presentation skills.

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Work morning/afternoon shifts and night caretaker when required.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with guests.
