Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with expertise in managing customer relationships and cash collections. The successful Credit Controller will have a proven track record of resolving account disputes, processing outstanding invoices, and meeting key performance indicators.

  • Key Responsibilities

The Credit Controller will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounts receivable process from initial contact to final collection, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Develop strong working relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and colleagues to drive business growth and minimize financial risk.
  • Work closely with teams to reduce aged debt and improve overall cash flow.
  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex account issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to enquiries and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and update stop service lists and related data, engaging directly with customers to process outstanding invoices and meet KPI targets.

  • Proven experience in high-volume B2B collections, with a strong focus on reconciliation and customer relationship management.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and escalate where necessary, with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
