About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate nursing professional to provide high-quality care to our residents in a safe and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities include providing direct clinical nursing care, coaching, supervising, and guiding the personal care team.

Job Requirements:
  • A kind heart and genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to seniors
  • Current registration with AHPRA following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Detailed understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards
  • Proven knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes
  • Strong clinical skills and expertise in age-related health issues
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
