Responsible Gambling Business Controls Specialist

About the Role
This role is responsible for executing responsible gambling business controls across wagering and media. This includes executing processes and controls around marketing and promotions, self-exclusion, complaints, customer monitoring, and outbound contact to potential problem gamblers.
The successful candidate will work closely with wagering and media risk teams and central responsible gambling risk team to ensure that responsible gambling strategy and plan is executed across the wagering business.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience working within a highly regulated business and/or industry with knowledge of various legislation (Responsible Gambling, AML/CTF, Privacy etc.).
- Entry level experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, consulting, or process improvement within a medium to large size corporate organization.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and adapt to change with a high level of empathy for customers.
