Job Title:

Insurance Claim Officer

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for handling and processing vehicle repair claims efficiently. The successful candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle and process vehicle repair claims in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with insurance companies and legal teams regularly.
  • Maintain accurate and complete files for each repaired vehicle.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the smash repair industry is essential.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively is necessary.
  • Solid understanding of insurance claim procedures and documentation is expected.
Benefits:
  • No less than 60 hours per week.
  • 8 hour shift.
  • Morning shift.
  • Overtime pay.
Work Authorisation:
  • Australia (preferred).
