We're seeking a strategic HR leader to drive high-impact initiatives across APAC. This role is perfect for someone with broad HR experience and knowledge, who can see the big picture and then dive into granular detail to drive projects forward.

This person will work closely with our inspiring Deputy CPO and Chief People Officer, gaining exposure to senior leadership and shaping the colleague experience across the region.

Key responsibilities include leading the execution of key talent and colleague experience initiatives, translating strategic goals into actionable project plans and deliverables, and partnering with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders to support change management and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in HR, project management, consulting, or talent program delivery, with a strong track record of driving regional impact and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

  • A broad understanding of HR principles and practices
