Electrophysiology Territory Manager

This role involves overseeing a region and reporting directly to the Sales Manager. The key responsibilities include developing and executing territory plans, building strong relationships with existing customers, and providing clinical support for various medical technologies.

The successful candidate will have business acumen, customer focus, relationship building skills, planning abilities, and execution capabilities. They will be responsible for managing competitor activities, participating in tender agreements, and completing market analysis and regular reporting.

  • Developing and executing territory plans to achieve annual revenue commitments and build long-term business sustainability.
  • Building strong relationships with existing customers, planning market development for existing and new products aligned with divisional goals.
  • Providing clinical support for medical technologies.
  • Managing competitor activities, participating in tender agreements, and completing market analysis and regular reporting.
  • Becoming an expert in CRM software and e-Detailing platforms.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They must also possess a high level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.
