We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team in the Sydney region. As a Territory Manager, you will be instrumental in promoting and selling innovative electrophysiology products to hospitals across the city.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales process, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive growth through strategic planning and execution. With a strong track record in consumable and capital sales, you will be empowered to shape your own career and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of sales and clinical support professionals, promoting cutting-edge technologies that revolutionize the field of cardiology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote, sell & educate on Medtronic's Cardiac Ablation Solutions consumable and capital products across the Sydney hospital network.

• Develop and continue to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders at a clinical, procurement, and C-suite level.

• Provide case and technical support at Radiofrequency ablation, Cryoablation, electrophysiology, and 3D mapping/navigation procedures as required.

• Form an annual and quarterly business plan that aligns with the Cardiac Ablation Solutions marketing/business plan.

Requirements:

• Degree qualifications.

• Proficiency in consumable and capital sales.

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of simple and complex diagnostic and ablation electrophysiology procedures.

• Valid driver's licence required.
