About the Role:

The Regional Sales Manager Electrophysiology will spearhead business growth by executing sales strategies at a regional and local level. This position involves expanding market penetration of our EP portfolio, focusing on the FARAPULSE Pulsed Field Ablation system.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Market Expansion: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and integrate territory plans into a broader regional plan.
  • Sales Effectiveness: Conduct regular sales reviews, identify sales forecast gaps, and suggest corrective measures.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, major accounts, and key stakeholders.
  • Clinical Expertise: Maintain knowledge of the product portfolio and stay updated through literature, conferences, and local expertise.

Key Requirements:

  • Leadership success in leading teams and mentoring others.
  • Experience in Electrophysiology or Cardiac Rhythm Management with an aptitude for acquiring technical knowledge.
  • Medical device industry experience.
  • Ability to undertake regular travel.
