Job Title: Software Development Professional

Job Description:

As a Senior Software Engineer at a leading financial institution, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the implementation of the banker workbench application. This involves instilling a growth mindset and innovative ways of working to drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include providing expert advice and hands-on delivery relating to technology, solution design, and implementation. You will contribute to the development of digital engagement channels within the organization, focusing on strategic business outcomes and customer experience enhancement.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong background in software engineering fundamentals, with solid experience in Banking and Financial Services.
  • Ability to build solutions that meet the highest quality standards while balancing security, performance, availability, and maintainability concerns.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working as part of a team to apply design principles, develop, test, deploy, support, and evaluate software solutions.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, experimentation, and peer code reviews.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing web applications using TypeScript and related front-end technologies, including React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of state management libraries, such as Redux or MobX.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms – AWS or Azure.
