The Opportunity

The Credit Control and Accounts Receivable Professional will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable transactions and debt recovery. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in accounts receivable and a strong understanding of credit control principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily and weekly billing runs
  • Respond to email and phone-based queries
  • Generate daily forecast reports
  • Run receivable reports
  • Follow up on current and overdue accounts
  • Perform end-of-month duties
  • Investigate and resolve queries related to non-payment
  • Manage account reconciliations, ledgers, and debt collection
  • Meet monthly and annual collections targets
  • Provide general administrative support and data entry

About You:

  • Three years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry or credit control/accounts receivable
  • Prior knowledge of end-to-end receivables
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Solid understanding of AU-based credit control and accounts experience
  • Methodical worker with excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team
