Job Title: Lifestyle Assistant

As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing life-enriching experiences for clients. This part-time position involves working closely with the Lifestyle Coordinator to develop and improve social and leisure programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure each client has a current lifestyle assessment and documented plan for recreational activities aligned with their care plan.
  • Develop and facilitate engaging social and leisure programs that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or equivalent qualification.
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR certification.
  • Full Covid-19 vaccination status.
  • Active NDIS registration.
